Available Position:
Duties Include:
Primarily preparing/drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the field of semiconductor circuitry including design, fabrication and layout
Qualifications:
1. Optimal candidates will have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3-5+ recent years of legal and technical experience and well-developed skill in preparing/drafting and prosecuting patent applications in semiconductor circuitry including design, fabrication, and layout
Overall Qualifications:
3. Require limited training/review yet enjoy learning and adapting
4. Excellent writing skills
5. Creative solutions-driven approach
6. Highly developed communication skills
7. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is a plus, but not required
8. Well organized and very responsive
9. Personal docket/workflow management skills
