MWPH provides inpatient and outpatient specialty care for children facing medical complexity, bridging the gap between hospital and home. Our family-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and compassion, ensuring each child and family receives individualized, comprehensive care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity at our Baltimore main campus.
• No call responsibilities. Clinic hours 8 AM – 12 PM; day program 8 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Average 5–6 patients per clinic session, with a full-time goal of 14 patients per day.
• Work alongside physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and child life specialists.
• Provide care coordination and medical oversight to ensure stability and progress in feeding and rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC)
• Strong clinical foundation with commitment to high-quality, family-centered care.
• Preferred: 3+ years of pediatric NP experience, especially with complex or medically fragile children.
• Will consider highly motivated new graduates with strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset.
