SLP Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and feeding/swallowing needs
• Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document timely and effectively using Raintree EMR

SLPA Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services under SLP supervision
• Implement treatment plans with a focus on speech, language, and communication goals
• Assist with documentation and progress tracking
• Communicate with families and team members to support skill development

Team Lead Opportunities

(Available to experienced SLPs)

• Mentor and support clinical team members
• Assist in onboarding, clinical quality, and best practices
• Help foster a strong clinic culture and enhance patient experience

Requirements

For SLPs

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible state license
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF) welcome
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required

For SLPAs

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program
• Active or eligible state SLPA license
• Strong passion for working with children
