Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Marin County, CA (Hybrid, primarily onsite)

Reports To: Senior Executive Personal Assistant and Director of Personal Services

Salary: $130 – 150k + Generous Bonus & Benefits

An UHNW individual is seeking a polished and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to provide seamless day-to-day support across personal, lifestyle, and logistical needs. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates impeccable discretion, and embodies a “no task too big or too small” mentality.

The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Senior Executive Personal Assistant and Director of Personal Services, serving as a reliable backup while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Core areas include travel and event preparation, personal errands and logistics, and administrative support for the broader team. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can pivot quickly as priorities shift while maintaining professionalism in all settings.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Lifestyle Support

• Manage vehicles, bicycles, and recreational equipment

• Organize and maintain personal spaces, storage systems, and household logistics

• Oversee mail processing, deliveries, errands, and personal shopping

• Provide light laundry support and coordinate dry cleaning

Health & Wellness Logistics

• Track, order, and organize supplements

• Support meal coordination in partnership with contractors or vendors

• Assist with scheduling and documenting health and wellness appointments

Travel, Packing & Event Support

• Pack and unpack for domestic and international travel

• Maintain travel gear and ensure readiness of supplies at all times

• Assist in planning and preparing for large-scale events and festivals, including logistics, packing lists, and vendor coordination

• Provide backup travel logistics support (hotel bookings, rides, research, itineraries)

• Support onsite event execution, from guest welcome and setup to real-time problem-solving and post-event wrap-up

Administrative & Team Support

• Provide administrative assistance across the personal services team

• Manage document handling, including NDAs, contracts, and agreements

• Conduct research to support projects, purchasing decisions, and planning

• Support project management systems, SOPs, and organizational checklists

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information

Special Projects & Ad Hoc Support

• Take ownership of assigned projects with accountability and follow-through

• Flexibly support urgent requests, shifting priorities as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or families strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills

• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Suite and project/task management tools

• Professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly adaptable and solutions-oriented in fast-changing environments

• Team-oriented yet able to work independently with minimal oversight

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Additional Requirements

• Hybrid schedule between Bay Area residences and remote work

• Must be onsite as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
