Personal Lines Account Manager
$75,000–$90,000 | 100% Remote | Irvine, CA-Based Brokerage

A well-established independent insurance brokerage based in Irvine, CA is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position supporting a stable book of business and providing top-tier service to valued clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a personal lines book from A to Z—renewals, endorsements, billing, client communication, and policy changes
• Deliver prompt, professional service to ensure high client retention and satisfaction
• Communicate directly with carriers to resolve issues and secure favorable terms
• Use Applied Epic to manage workflows, documentation, and policy activity
• Identify coverage gaps and make recommendations to strengthen protection
• Stay current on personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management
• Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic is a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• California P&C license preferred
• A client-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
