Hours : Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm CST (flexibility required; occasional weekends)
Location : Remote but must reside and be licensed in Louisiana

We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist licensed in Louisiana to join our Clinical Engagement Services Center team. You’ll provide telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and support disease state management to improve patient outcomes.
