Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist I – Floater to support our client’s team in Waldorf, MD . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and confident in their phlebotomy skills. You will provide high-quality patient care across various PSC and IOP locations and ensure proper specimen collection and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 40–50 blood draws per day across all age groups (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
• Float between multiple PSC/IOP locations based on staffing needs.
• Provide professional, patient-focused service in busy clinical settings.
• Maintain specimen integrity and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
• Work both independently and as part of on-site teams.
• Stand for the majority of the shift.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• High school diploma or GED

Additional Information:

• Location: Waldorf, MD
• Job Type: 13-week contract
• Pay Range : $18 - $21 hourly
• Shifts: Variable shift, Mon–Fri 6:00am – 6:00pm

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
