Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan (Hospital work at Lenox Hill area)

Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating weekend call

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000+ (depending on experience)

A highly specialized surgical gynecology practice on the Upper East Side is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a growing team dedicated to advanced endometriosis and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, high-acuity surgical experience within a practice known for excellence in women’s health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in both office and surgical settings
• Perform diagnostic evaluations including pelvic exams and gynecologic ultrasounds
• Collaborate with physicians on assessment and care planning
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient needs
• Assist in minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopy & Da Vinci robotic system)
• Participate in perioperative counseling, weekend rounding, and triage call
• Perform wound care and complete all required clinical documentation
• Review labs, imaging, and surgical pathology results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree + graduation from an accredited PA program
• Active NY Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA certification
• BLS/ACLS certification
• 1–2 years of surgical or OB/GYN experience preferred OR a new grad with strong motivation to develop these skills
• Passion for women’s health, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn advanced surgical techniques
• PA applicants only (NPs not considered)
