Police Dispatcher/Dallas (75231) ~ TLETS Required!

3rd Shift

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States & I am recruiting for a 3rd Shift Police Dispatcher in Dallas (75231).

Police Dispatcher Requirements:

• Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (TLETS) Certification
• Lenel Software ~ physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and mobile credentialing
• 2+ years of police dispatch experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High School Diploma or GED

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $25/hr
• Schedule:
• Wednesday (1a-7a)
• Thursday to Saturday (7p-7a)
• Sunday to Tuesday (OFF)
• On-call, and OT may be required

ROLE IMPACT

• Supporting the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors
• Ensures rapid response and clear communication during emergencies while maintaining accurate records to support public safety operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and coordinate emergency and non-emergency calls for service

• Dispatch officers and emergency services using radio, phone, or CAD systems

• Operate and monitor security systems, surveillance cameras, and access control

• Maintain detailed logs and prepare reports for incidents and investigations

• Serve as the first point of contact for incident reports and assistance requests
