Product Manager (Voice & Webmail Delivery)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Voice & Webmail Team at a Fortune 75 telecommunications company. This team is responsible for the technical delivery and day-to-day product management of customer-facing experiences for their email platform and landline voice services. These platforms support value-added services for internet customers and provide online access to voice features such as call forwarding, spam blocking, and voicemail playback. This is a high-impact role focused on execution, backlog ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver intuitive, reliable experiences across legacy and modern portals.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for the Voice & Webmail team, writing clear and actionable user stories in Jira.
• Collaborate with design to define user experiences across multiple customer types and legacy portals.
• Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams (including full-stack developers) to manage delivery timelines and technical readiness.
• Engage with internal voice and email product owners to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Report on progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Support agile ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager in a software delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience working with full-stack development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and data tools like Tableau or Kibana.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead delivery without relying on team coaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, email platforms, or voice services.
• Familiarity with legacy system integration and user experience complexity across multiple portals.
• Comfortable managing delivery in environments with shifting priorities and limited onboarding support.
• Strong attention to detail and a “get stuff done” mindset.
