Job Title: Site Merchandiser – Daily Deals & Content Strategy

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Contract Type: 7-month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $38–$41/hour, depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

Russell Tobin is partnering with a global leader in e-commerce and digital innovation to support their Local Deals division — a high-visibility team behind daily promotions that reach millions. We’re seeking a Site Merchandiser who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating compelling, customer-facing content that converts.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and publish on-brand, customer-tailored content using internal tools
• Craft and execute compelling merchandising campaigns across homepage, search, and membership-specific channels
• Support high-impact marketing initiatives, including reporting and incremental campaigns
• Contribute to social media content and strategy
• Analyze and optimize performance of onsite content to drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams

You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or digital/web merchandising (mobile experience a plus)
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for high-impact, on-brand content
• Proficiency with content publishing systems and tools
• High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication
• A customer-obsessed mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and a sense of humor

Preferred:

• Experience working in a startup-like or high-growth environment
• Previous experience with a large e-commerce platform is highly desirable
• Familiarity with merchandising on search pages, homepages, and promotional landing pages
• Prior experience with marketing for health/wellness or membership-based products is a bonus
