Job Description

Job Store Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Centennial area to hire a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for their night shift team (7PM–7AM). This is a direct hire opportunity with strong potential for career growth.

Pay: $65,000 – $85,000/year

Shift: 7PM – 7AM (Night Shift)

Location: Centennial, CO

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production personnel during assigned shift
Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime
Coordinate mold setups, startups, and changeovers
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
Train and develop team members
Collaborate across departments to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications:

3+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold setup, and hydraulics
Basic understanding of electricity and electronic systems is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and production tracking software
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties as needed
