Core Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to maintain high-quality sourcing and cost-efficiency.
• Order Processing: Manage purchase orders, approvals, and fulfillment activities using SAP software .
• Inventory Oversight: Track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate suppliers’ proposals and monitor purchasing trends to implement cost-saving strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure purchasing practices align with company policies and comply with regulatory standards.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate purchasing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments, such as accounting, logistics, and operations, to optimize procurement workflows.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week —work Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and have Fridays off for added work-life balance.
• Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually . This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.
