Job Title: Real Estate Attorney

Location: Bothell, WA (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established law firm based in Normandy Park, WA, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 1 year of legal experience to join their team. The firm handles a wide variety of real estate and construction-related matters, providing personalized legal solutions to clients throughout Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand their practice in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle legal matters involving commercial and residential property disputes
Advise clients on business real estate transactions and development issues
Represent clients in construction and construction defect litigation
Manage cases involving HOA disputes, land use, and property rights
Resolve boundary, easement, zoning, and building code conflicts
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear in court as needed
Maintain a client-focused approach and manage a diverse caseload independently

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Washington State
1+ years of experience practicing in real estate law, litigation, or construction law
Strong research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client service skills
A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a reputable law firm
