Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Coordination
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Support and implement individualized care plans while exercising sound clinical judgment.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient responses, education, and communication.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure optimal patient flow and experience.
• Patient Advocacy & Education
• Provide clear and compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Act as a resource for patient and family education regarding procedures, care needs, and health-related concerns.
• Uphold principles of patient- and family-centered care to maintain a supportive and respectful care environment.
• Quality & Performance Improvement
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes, patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Support implementation of best practices in clinical care.
• Professional Growth & Leadership
• Maintain all required licensure and certifications.
• Complete ongoing education and self-development activities.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, or preceptor to other staff and students.
• Support a positive team environment and uphold professional standards of practice and conduct.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
