• Contract Duration: 6 months + potential to extend
• Worksite Location: Rigby, ID | fully onsite
• Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

What you’ll do as a Retail Sales Associate:

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers find the right products to fit their needs.
• Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and provide expert product recommendations.
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and warranties while upholding store policies.
• Operate the POS system with accuracy and manage financial transactions.
• Support merchandising efforts, replenish stock, and rotate seasonal product to maximize sales and brand presentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Represent the brand by giving store tours, sharing product knowledge, and promoting brand history.
• Open and/or close the store and support daily operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

What you’ll bring to the Retail Sales Associate role:

• 2+ years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with a cheerful, energetic, and confident personality.
• A passion for customer service with the intent to sell and create an outstanding experience.
• Comfort working with inventory, merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialty retail or outdoor/technical apparel experience preferred.
