Now Hiring: Safety Manager

Join a company that puts safety first. We're looking for a Safety Manager to lead, enforce, and continuously improve safety practices across our operations. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about fostering a culture where every team member goes home safe — every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive resolution of unsafe practices
• Develop and deliver required HSE training; maintain OSHA 300 logs, SDS, and safety records
• Coordinate emergency drills and administer the drug & alcohol program
• Track employee training compliance and perform safety evaluations
• Support and document incident investigations and corrective actions
• Communicate safety expectations to internal teams and contractors

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in an HSE advisory or management role, ideally with facility experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems
• Excellent communication skills — both written (reports, policies) and verbal (presentations)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Safety, Environmental, or related field; certifications like CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP, OSHA 500
