What You'll Do: As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • The hours are from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources by explaining our services in person using a consultative approach.
  • Driving and canvasing up to 100+ accounts in person
  • Developing and nurturing positive business relationships.
  • Identifying leads, managing prospects, and acquiring new referral sources out in the field.
  • Achieving territory development and sales goals.
  • Presenting and discussing our services with prospective referral sources.
  • Answer the company phone to assist with scheduling new patients into our facilities.
  • May have to schedule patients at night and on the weekends occasionally.
  • Increasing referral traffic within 90 days of employment.
  • Assist the Senior Business Development with happy hours, luncheons, and general maintenance of the top referring accounts in the region.
