Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $34/hour
• Location: Carlsbad, NM
• Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years’ relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Good communication skills
• Pay attention to details and well organized
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• High spirited, takes initiative, feels comfortable working out of the comfort zone, dedicated and dependable
• Willing to learn new skills and receptive to change
• Able to travel regionally as a regular part of the job
• High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities:

• Efficient Planning, scheduling and execution of training programs across the organization
• Ensure that training sessions run smoothly by managing schedules, coordination of instructors, and communication to leadership and learners
• Scheduling and facilities, technology and all related logistics including catering and materials for training sessions
• Ensure classroom is set up correctly to meet the facilitators needs
• Central point of contact between facilitators, vendors, and employees to ensure the learnings align with business needs and schedules
• Provide clear instructions and communications to learners ahead of training
• Escalate scheduling or logistic issues to leadership as needed
• Develop and maintain training calendar
