As a Seasonal Snow Shoveler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of client properties during winter weather. Responsibilities

• Clear snow from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas using company-provided equipment
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as required to ensure safe conditions
• Deliver high-quality work to consistently meet client expectations
• Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions
• Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond promptly to snow events

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in cold and snowy conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to maintain high service standards

Compensation

Shovel crew members will receive a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour .
