Key Responsibilities:

• Lead acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and financing of commercial properties

• Draft and negotiate a wide array of real estate documents including contracts, leases, and loan agreements

• Conduct thorough due diligence, title and survey review, and resolve legal issues

• Advise clients on zoning, land use regulations, and municipal compliance matters

• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as developers, lenders, and governmental agencies

• Oversee closings and ensure legal and financial compliance across transactions

• Work closely with partners on large-scale real estate projects

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Demonstrated success handling major commercial property deals independently

• Deep understanding of contract law, real estate finance, and land use regulations

• Strong client advisory, negotiation, and drafting capabilities

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions

• Proficiency with legal research platforms and real estate transaction software
