  • Maintain responsibility for case calendaring, deadline tracking, and overall litigation logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of litigation paralegal experience, including extensive trial experience.
  • Strong command of litigation processes, court procedures, and electronic discovery practices.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal technology platforms (e.g., Relativity, iManage, PacerPro).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to interface effectively with attorneys at all levels, firm leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while adapting to varied team dynamics and attorney work styles.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed for trial or case demands.
  • This is a hybrid role with required in-office attendance based on department scheduling.
