Job Description

A Service and Support Administrator job in Chelmsford, MA is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position will work within the Service Department, responsible for managing repair unit documentation, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring timely and accurate administrative processes.This is an onsite position.

Pay: $22 - $24/hour

Service and Support Administrator Job responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain paperwork and documentation for service and repair units.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to support daily operations and urgent requests.
• Ensure reliability, attention to detail, and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide service updates and support.
• Maintain records in CRM and ERP systems (training provided).

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service support role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (preferred but not required).
