Job Description

Salary: $67,600 - 122,200 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of Information Systems experience with specific focus on SharePoint Administration. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification or higher (e.g., CompTIA Security+ce) or the ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office products.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
  • Preferred: Any Microsoft Office365 Certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide SharePoint Administration support to design, operate, maintain, optimize/tune, and document SharePoint features at the site collection and sub-site level across multiple classified networks.
  • Work across IT functional boundaries (other SharePoint administrators, system administrators, database administrators, etc.) with configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, and management of SharePoint site collections and assist with creating and managing sub-sites, lists, and libraries to define the taxonomy and structure of the data stored within the site collection to maintain maximum operability to meet critical mission objectives.
  • Work closely with our government customer to document requirements for customers and estimate timelines for the delivery of custom work.
  • Assist in the creation of custom site functions, workflows, forms, reports, and business processing using SharePoint Designer, Crow Canyon, Office365 Power Programs, and other approved programs.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating documentation and continuity books for tasks and procedures.
  • Accountable for maintaining daily operations, monitoring, problem identification/resolution of server/systems, applications, operating systems, and analyzing activity and performance to ensure system/application is providing optimum performance and availability.
  • Assist in maintaining communications through multiple domains between external users and internal customer members.
  • Maintain customer security practices by setting guidelines and enforcing security requirements on the managed site collections.
