Job Description

Our client is needing a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment efforts across a diverse organization. The TA Manager will be responsible for delivering efficient, creative, and inclusive recruitment processes using Workday Recruiting, serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and a champion for talent attraction.

Location: On-site in Granville, OH

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for staff and administrative roles, managing 20–40 open requisitions at a time depending on seasonal needs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 1–2 recruiting coordinators or talent partners.
  • Use Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, move candidates through the process, ensure data accuracy, and optimize workflows.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, create job postings, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates through networking, job boards, social media, community partnerships, and industry-specific outreach.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection techniques, and effective use of Workday.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through timely communication and organized, professional process management.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding, workforce planning, and broader talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in corporate, agency, staffing, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, customer service, or similar environments.
  • Workday Recruiting experience required.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding hiring targets in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred but not required; high-performing recruiters ready for their first management role are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
