Payrate: $30.00 - $37.00/Hour

Summary:

The role of Program Specialist for Technology Programs in the Americas will support the program management of all technology learning programs across the region. This includes taking responsibility for the smooth execution of programs by coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, managers, and technology organizations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialist to assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology training programs for technologists and data organizations. This role will help ensure that technologists are equipped with the foundational technical knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles and contribute effectively to our technology teams. The role will work closely with technology leaders, SMEs, and the Learning & Development teams to support the delivery of engaging and impactful training experiences in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, coordinates, and supports activities associated with technology learning programs in the Americas region.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support learning program success.
  • Schedules and facilitates program support meetings and ensures timely completion of training-related documentation.
  • Prepares and supports monthly reporting on training status and completions.
  • Coordinates training schedules, tracks milestones, and helps ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintains and updates learning calendars and key program schedules.
  • Assists in the creation and delivery of presentations that communicate learning strategies, outcomes, and progress toward goals.
  • Gathers and shares feedback, findings, and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Provides support for special projects related to learning programs as needed.
  • Builds and maintains accurate learner records and documentation.
  • Serves as a direct point of contact for program-related communications with managers, SMEs, trainers, and learners across the Americas.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support discovery efforts to identify training needs across teams or functions.
  • Help determine the most effective training approach and contribute to curriculum design and development.
  • Invite participants to training programs and ensure engagement and attendance.
  • Manage attendance tracking in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain and update program rosters and schedules (RASTA) and manage the overall training calendar.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and learners to ensure program alignment and a smooth experience.
  • Analyze training reports to extract insights and share findings with the Program Manager.
  • Continuously enhance program capabilities and assess the need for additional sessions or adjustments to existing programs.
  • Proactively remove day-to-day blockers to ensure seamless program execution.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $30.00 - $37.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
