Position: Treasury Fund Accounting Manager

Location: New York, NY

Type: Permanent

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic Treasury Manager to join a newly formed treasury operations function. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and managing treasury workflows, including cash operations, liquidity management, capital activity, and system oversight for private market investment vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily treasury operations including cash activity, wire approvals, and capital activity processing
• Oversee Treasury Management System maintenance
• Manage team deliverables, review analyst work, and drive training and performance reviews
• Provide cash projections, fund-level cash positioning, and investment activity tracking
• Execute and monitor capital calls/distributions in collaboration with internal teams and administrators
• Manage credit facility reporting, FX hedging, vendor onboarding, and invoice approval
• Maintain and improve treasury policies, procedures, and documentation
• Administer bank relationships, accounts, and service evaluations
• Participate in special projects and systems implementations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in fund accounting, treasury, or private markets
• Strong project management skills and experience leading teams

• Treasury Management Systems
• Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, SharePoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Experience with global payment standards
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
