We are urgently hiring a **highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant** to support the **founder of a fast-growing AI startup**.
This is a critical role for someone who can manage operations, take initiative, and work with **minimal supervision**, just like a traditional executive secretary—but in a modern, AI-powered environment.

## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Executive Support**
* Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
* Handle email management and professional communication.
* Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting notes.
* Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items.
### **Operations & Organization**
* Maintain organized digital files, documents, and databases.
* Manage tasks and workflows using Notion, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
* Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Support day-to-day startup operations smoothly and efficiently.
### **Systems, SOPs & AI-Driven Workflows**
* Create detailed SOPs, process documentation, and checklists.
* Improve and streamline systems to boost efficiency.
* Assist in building automations using Zapier, Make, or AI tools.
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate drafts, summaries, and content.
### **Light Content & Administrative Support (as needed)**
* Organize media, rename files, maintain content libraries.
* Assist with simple posting or scheduling tasks.
## **Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Virtual Assistant.
* Fluent English + strong communication skills.
* Excellent organization and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
* Skilled in Google Workspace and productivity tools.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools.

* Startup experience or supporting a founder.
* Background in workflow creation or documentation.
* Familiarity with automations (Zapier, Make) or AI tools.
