About the Company:

R2 Global is hiring on behalf of a prominent manufacturing leader focused on advancing digital sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer experiences and overseeing all eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, social media, and email campaigns.
• Data & Analytics: Leverage performance data to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends in ecommerce and manufacturing.
• Strategic Oversight: Shape and implement ecommerce strategies while leading a high-performing digital team.
• Platform Oversight: Manage and enhance the ecommerce website to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Refine product merchandising and craft tailored online experiences to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on ecommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Minimum 6 years experience in B2B operations.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics and ecommerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
• Proven track record managing PPC campaigns and social media marketing for 5+ years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay range and compensation package:

• Base salary up to $160k
