Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Videographer & Creative Intern to work directly with Jamie Fraser , CEO of InterEx Group. You’ll be hands-on in capturing and editing high-quality, visually engaging content across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, social media, and creative production who wants to gain real experience working alongside a high-performance business leader.

Responsibilities:

• Film and produce short-form and long-form content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, style, and brand tone.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during office days, events, and trips.
• Collaborate on creative concepts, trends, and campaign ideas.
• Manage video assets and assist in maintaining content schedules.

Requirements:

• Must be based in or near Miami, FL .
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
• Creative eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Passion for personal branding, social media trends, and digital storytelling.

Bonus Points:

• Experience creating viral or trend-based content.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, or lifestyle content.
