Warehouse Operator – Fall River, Massachusetts (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: Fall River, MA 02720

Salary Range: (Based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operators to support material handling operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves inventory management, material movement, documentation, compliance with cGMP standards, and physical warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound materials and verify documentation accuracy (BOL, PO, Packing List, etc.)
• Move materials for sampling, inspection, labeling, and inventory status updates
• Perform dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials following GMP rules
• Pick, document, and deliver materials according to production schedule and pick lists
• Load outbound shipments after verifying material descriptions, lot numbers, and quantities
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, maintain clean and safe warehouse areas
• Complete accurate documentation with legible handwriting and maintain records as per cGMP requirements
• Comply with safety regulations, quality standards, FDA guidelines, and company procedures
• Perform duties as assigned by warehouse management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical devices preferred)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong documentation, math, and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Must have experience within the last 2 years
• Good coordination, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: Morning hours
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (subject to business needs)
