Comprehensive Risk Management (CRM) is a third party administrator specializing in workers’ compensation in Ohio. We provide claim and policy management services to employers whether they are group rated, state funded or self insured. Our client base includes a range of large, publicly traded companies, as well as privately held industrial, retail, construction and service companies.

Role Description

Workers’ compensation Claims Adjuster needed for a fast paced, high volume practice. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

· Effective communication skills

· Experience working in the legal or insurance industry is a plus

Duties/Responsibilities: A workers’ compensation claims adjuster is responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims filed by injured workers. The adjuster needs to understand the Ohio’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation guidelines and regulations, have the ability to read and comprehend medical documentation, make initial determinations on claims, prepare and file appropriate forms with the Bureau of Workers Compensation, identify care needs, establish a plan of action and communicate with medical providers, employers, attorneys and injured workers to successfully resolve claims.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner located in Cleveland, OH with some work-from-home flexibility. The Claims Examiner will be responsible for claims resolution, handling, management, insurance matters, and investigating claims on a day-to-day basis.
