Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, creating correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Split time between on-site work at our client's medical complex and remote work from home.
  • Utilize technical office equipment and software to produce reports, presentations, and manage databases.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism while handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Engage in effective communication and customer service, ensuring smooth operations within our client's team.

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

  • Completion of a 1- or 2-year degree/diploma in an administrative assistant or secretarial field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and English usage, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with computer systems and technical office equipment, including proficiency in secretarial/clerical software.
  • Ability to type at a speed of 60 WPM and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
