AI Deployment Engineer

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 base + equity

Location: Onsite, Full-Time, San Francisco

The organization builds AI-powered voice automation tools for businesses, providing smart, scalable solutions for customer engagement. In this role, your work will be mission-critical to scaling success and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

As an AI Deployment Engineer, you’ll be deeply embedded in the customer journey—from pre-sales technical scoping to post-sales support and long-term success. You’ll get hands-on with integrations and act as a key liaison between the engineering team and end users.

• Supporting the pre-sales process and scoping deployment needs
• Training and onboarding customers post-sale
• Managing client relationships and supporting ongoing success
• Setting up API integrations using Postman and Webhooks
• Translating customer needs into actionable feedback for internal teams

Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in product deployment, technical solutions, or similar roles
• Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, Postman, and low-code tools
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and maintain customer relationships
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent communicator, comfortable translating between technical and non-technical teams
• Background in software engineering, technical project management, or founding experience is a plus
