As a Body Shop Buffer, you are responsible for ensuring that all vehicle surfaces are meticulously polished and restored to a high-quality finish, enhancing the overall appearance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Buff and polish vehicle bodies, removing imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation.
• Prepare surfaces for paint application by smoothing and refining the exterior finish.
• Operate buffing machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other body shop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive body shop buffing or a related field preferred.
• Ability to operate buffing and polishing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols and company policies.
