The QUIKRETE Companies is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for the SPEC MIX brand.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Construction Product Sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to define and execute high-level marketing strategies, elevate brand positioning, and drive long-term business growth within the masonry and construction materials industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and drive high-level brand marketing strategies to increase sales, market share, and industry influence for the SPEC MIX brand.
- Lead the evolution of the SPEC MIX Bricklayer 500 annual contest, ensuring strong engagement and industry-wide recognition.
- Define and execute brand positioning strategies, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.
- Oversee key branding initiatives, including:
- Brand identity evolution
- Website refresh and digital presence
- Social media and content strategy
- Advertising, media planning, and promotional campaigns
- High-profile industry trade shows & events, including the World of Concrete
- Work closely with sales and product leaders, leveraging insights to drive marketing initiatives and product positioning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights, using data to inform marketing decisions and brand strategy.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, strategic thinking, and professional growth.
- Work on-site, five days a week in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, championing and elevating brands, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role, guiding high performing teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing efforts and collaborating with executive leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Deep expertise in brand management, packaging design, website strategy, and promotional marketing.
- A passion for big, impactful brand storytelling and a bold, creative, and strategic approach to marketing leadership.
- A proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing marketing talent.
Even Better If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience as a Director of Brand Marketing or similar leadership role with a strong track record of success.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Wireframing and prototyping experience to drive digital and product marketing initiatives.
