The Company

Our client is a clinical research site network that started in 2015 and now has 11 sites spanning 4 states! They have run hundreds of sponsored clinical studies in Phase I - IV in therapeutic areas mainly focused in GI, Hepatology, and CNS! Their goal is to be the best place to work in the country, and they are excited to find people excited to make that vision come to life through quality patient care and research.

Responsibilities

As a Clinic Manager you will be responsible for directly managing the clinical research team as well as ensuring studies proceed to protocol and regulation

• Support and help coordinate clinical trials to ensure studies are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with protocol, standard operating procedures, FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Manage a team of clinical research coordinators and assistants, including hiring, performance management, ongoing training, and development
• Achieve strategic goals for the site
• Ensure the site is optimizing the schedule and workflows
• Consult, advise and meet with investigators
• Institutional Review Board and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure visit preparedness for all the relevant sponsor and CRO visits and appropriate and timely follow-up on action items.
• Support research visits by completing informed consent discussions, collecting medical history, completing vitals, blood draws, biospecimen processing, and other assessments required per protocol.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with sponsor backed clinical trials
• 1+ years management experience, directly leading a team
• Ability to work on site M-F on site (there is no remote or hybrid days)
