Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SNF Director of Nursing with a client of ours, located in Vineland, NJ. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating nursing activities, implementing infection control protocols, supervising patient care plans, and facilitating training programs.
