Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Role Overview:

As our Finance Manager – E-Commerce , you will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions across the business. This is an in-office role in Scottsdale, AZ, and a key position for helping Sleepyhead continue its rapid growth in the e-commerce space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.

• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and performance updates for investors and private equity partners.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales, expenses, and profitability.

• Monitor and analyze key metrics including revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, margins, and cash flow.

• Provide data-driven insights to support pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches.

• Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize profitability and efficiency.

• Support leadership with scenario planning, financial modeling, and board-level reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer goods.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI and Excel.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative in-office environment.
