Part-Time Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our clients environmental practice with high-quality digital and print design. This role will partner closely with their business development, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling, on-brand visuals that support proposals, presentations, and broader brand initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, SOQs, presentations, posters, and other marketing collateral
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Manage designs from concept through final production
• Prepare final art files and ensure quality control
• Present concepts, participate in creative brainstorming, and translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Support client presentations and create custom slide layouts
• Use AI-assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve ideation and workflow
• Perform other related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communication + 7+ years of experience, or Associate’s + 8 years
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and visual problem-solving
• Experience working with complex or distributed teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple fast-paced projects
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies
