Z. Wilson Talent Solutions is partnering with our client to find a high-caliber Surgeon Recruiter to support continued national growth by identifying, engaging, and securing top oral surgeon talent. This position is a direct hire position working as a full time employee for our client and will work remotely with occasional travel not to exceed 25%.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, goal-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings executive presence to physician conversations, and is comfortable managing resistance while driving searches forward with urgency. You will own full-cycle surgeon recruiting—from proactive outreach through signed agreement—while delivering a high-touch, consultative candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and be supported by campus recruiting resources, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building trust with surgeons, managing complex searches, and closing exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and recruit oral surgeons nationwide
• Build and manage a robust physician pipeline using multiple sourcing strategies
• Lead candidate engagement, interviews, site visits, and personalized itineraries
• Partner with leadership on recruiting strategy and offer coordination
• Represent the organization at conferences and recruiting events
• Stay current on physician recruiting trends and competitive activity

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of physician or healthcare recruiting experience (surgeon experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented, high-touch recruiting environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
