Responsibilities - Collaborate with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analyses, and implement impactful process improvements across the organization.
- Maintain seamless process operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing project, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Lead transformative projects to optimize end-to-end processes, including setup, validation, and audit measurement systems, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Resolve quality challenges by identifying issues, evaluating solutions, implementing action plans, and allocating necessary resources.
- Lead and inspire the Plant Engineering Team, driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Communicate key initiatives and updates to the Manager of Plant Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive productivity and process improvement projects that align with broader business initiatives.
- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement by conducting quality awareness sessions and delivering Six Sigma Belt training programs.
- Coach project teams to meet certification requirements and achieve quality and process improvement objectives.
- Contribute to team success by delivering results that align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, building personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.

Qualifications Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
Experience: - Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience leading/supervising/managing high-performance teams in a similar environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hold direct reports accountable for consistently achieving goals.
- Exceptional team motivator with the ability to energize and inspire teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Decisive and strategic thinker with the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions that drive positive organizational outcomes.
