This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in individual and business tax planning, who’s looking to step into a more strategic, client-focused role. One unique perk of joining this team: the ability to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) — opening the door to additional income opportunities outside of traditional tax work, making for a very competitive comp structure.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, including estate, trust, and gift tax considerations
Serve as the lead contact for client relationships on all tax-related matters
Research and advise on complex tax situations (multi-state, partnership, international, etc.)
Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
Mentor and supervise junior team members
Contribute to firm development and client service initiatives

What we're looking for:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
~ CPA license
~5+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar client-facing environment
~ Strong knowledge of individual income tax and high-net-worth client tax planning
~ Experience with trusts, estates, and gift taxation
~ Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
~ Entrepreneurial mindset
