Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Nurse Manager PACU! Sign on Bonus and Relocation!!

The PACU RN Manager in collaboration with the Perioperative Director creates a common vision to facilitate continuous quality improvement in the delivery of patient care in support of the organization's mission and vision. The PACU RN Manager in collaboration with the Perioperative Nursing Director assumes the role of leader in planning, organizing, coaching and facilitating their intraoperative department functions and staff to assure quality service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.

• Who does this position report to? Director, Surgical Services
• How many total beds are in the unit? 16 beds
• Trauma level: Level II Trauma Center
• Volume: 30 per day AVG
• What additional departments are they over? None
• What are the qualities that leadership likes? high energy, team player, flexible

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Recent (within the last year) Acute Care PACU Leadership experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
