Job Summary

The Portfolio Manager will assist the National Account Manager in connection with the performance of the services required hereunder and will perform the following duties, at minimum:

Primary Responsibilities

• The Portfolio Manager will oversee the complete structure of the premises, in this highly regulated environment
• Monitoring and acting upon all attendance and disciplinary issues of Contractor’s personnel.
• Administer a driver safety/awareness program, including all related training.
• Prepare all weekly summary reports required for the operation, including but not limited to post incident reports and daily total guard hours.
• Maintain all post orders in a central file and ensure posts have copies of these orders at all times.
• Conduct specialized security training required by the Manager.
• Establish performance measures for the service provided under this Contract and other means to ensure productivity and overall effectiveness.
• Attend daily briefings with the Manager and provide updates on all posts and communicate any issues, problems or concerns.
• Recommend enhancements to policy and procedures.
• Be available on call twenty-four (24) hours a day, to assist, and advise the Manager on the operations of the Contract hereunder.
• Dress in business attire at all times while on duty.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least five years of experience managing security operations at a complex, multi-use facility, with one of those 5 years, in specific aviation industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be highly organized and available during off-hours, weekends, etc.
• Individuals must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Individuals must have experience managing Guard staff.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to receive and disseminate information clearly is required.
• Ability to support First Responders as directed is required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.
• Individuals must be highly organized and responsive.
• A courteous, "customer-service" demeanor is required
