Job Description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Sales Administrator search in the Middleburg Heights, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and maintaining efficient sales operations
• Will manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, verification, and coordination with relevant departments.
• Assist the sales team with task such as preparing quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and provided information on product pricing
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a customer service, sales support, or administrative support role in manufacturing, services, or distribution operation.
• Proficient in using office software, such as, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good communication skills
