Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in credit card programs, customer loyalty, and rewards platforms . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive product vision, roadmap execution, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for credit card features, rewards structures, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, data, risk, and compliance teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs in credit card and rewards ecosystems.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve product effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycles—from concept to launch to iteration.
  • Evaluate third-party vendors and partners for loyalty and rewards integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in the financial services and payments space.
  • Advocate for continuous innovation based on customer feedback and behavior.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on credit card products, loyalty programs, or rewards platforms .
  • Strong understanding of financial products, especially consumer credit, points/miles systems, cashback, and digital wallets.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling card-linked offers or loyalty features.
  • Familiarity with product tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) and Agile development practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data/BI teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
  • Prior experience in fintech, digital banking, or working with credit card issuing platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Marqeta, TSYS).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and gamification strategies in loyalty design.
