Job Description

Seeking a Senior Service Cloud Engineer to lead development of new Salesforce AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer with a proven track record of implementing Salesforce AI solutions, integrating them into a large enterprise currently using Service Cloud and Data Cloud. This engineer will contribute to technical design, development, and testing while collaborating with various partners and service providers. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for thriving in a highly matrixed environment, alongside the current Salesforce technical expertise. The candidate should be flexible and must be an engaging team player.

• Requirements: Leverage Salesforce AI expertise to act as technical architect and hands-on Salesforce engineer
• Must not be afraid to ask questions or adverse to being asked questions; willing to share experiences and explain alternative solutions
• Deliver technical solutions with focus on security, authentication, scalability and performance
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Serve as lead Salesforce developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
• Ability to work in an Enterprise Agile/Transitioning development environment
• Review and approve design documents, code reviews, test plans, and deployment plans
• Make informed decisions on architectural design, considering tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations
• Provide consultation for routine and complex systems development
• Coordinate with Operations and Infrastructure Delivery teams for deployment and production support activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand requirements and translate into solutions

• Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
• 6+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce development; security, standard objects, Agentforce, Einstein Co-Pilot, Prompt builder, Knowledge, data management, and sandbox environments
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience with consuming web services
• 1-2+ years of experience Lightning framework (Aura, LWC)
• Strong understanding of lightning flows and trigger framework

• Technical Requirements: Expertise in programming languages and methodologies (e.g., Java and Apex)
• Solid understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications using Connected Apps and APIs
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
