Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Romeoville, IL

Pay Rate: Still figuring out exact number but will be between $20–$23/hour

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Temp-to-Hire)

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift

Overview

We are hiring 15 Warehouse Associates to join our team in Romeoville, IL. These positions offer competitive pay and the opportunity to convert to full-time at the same rate. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in warehouse operations and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to work any time during assigned shift
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

• Target Start Dates: January 19th and 26th
• Contract Length: 6 months with potential to hire
• Interview Process : 1 Virtual Interview

Compensation:

$20/hr to $23/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
