Social Media Support

Consistent social. Calm support.

A monthly rhythm for planning, making, approving and publishing — so the feed stays active, looks like you, and stops eating everyone’s week.

Why it matters

Social should not consume the team every week. A repeatable cycle for planning, design, approval and publishing keeps the presence active and recognisably yours — without anyone dreading it.

The monthly rhythm

Less scrambling. More momentum.

One visible cycle with clear approval points — enough structure to keep things moving, not so much that it feels like a factory.

  1. Week 01

    Plan the month

Agree the priorities, the moments that matter and the mix. One conversation, and the month has a shape.

  2. Week 02

    Build the batch

Everything made together, while the whole month is visible at once. That is what keeps it looking like one brand.

  3. Week 03

    Approve and schedule

Reviewed in one place, in one round. Feedback in a group chat is where content goes to die.

  4. Week 04

    Read and adjust

What actually landed, what did not, and what the next month should do differently.

The point of the cycle is that nothing is ever made the night before. A batch built with the month in view holds together; a post written on Thursday does not.

What is included

The work behind the outcome.

  • A clear focus for the month, with themes and post ideas tied to what you are trying to do.
  • A recognisable look that ties the feed back to the rest of the brand.
  • Designed stills, carousels and short-form, prepared properly for each channel.
  • Captions and calls to action that sound like your organisation.
  • Approved work organised and queued, so publishing is predictable.
  • A monthly read of what worked, and what the next cycle should change.

For small teams who need a dependable creative partner — not another dashboard to keep an eye on.

A good fit

When this service makes sense.

  • No in-house designer

A small team doing good work with nobody whose job is making it look like it.

  • Content made at the last minute

A founder writing posts on a Thursday night, and it shows.

  • A feed that drifted

Individually fine, collectively unrecognisable as the same organisation.

Before you ask

Useful answers, upfront.

Is this community management?

Not by default. The core service is planning, creative, copy and scheduling. Replying to comments and messages can be scoped separately if you want it.

Which platforms do you cover?

Whichever ones your audience actually uses. Usually some mix of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and short-form video.

Do we have to commit long term?

We normally start with three months, because one month is not long enough to establish a rhythm or learn anything from the results.

What do you need from us?

About an hour a month for the planning conversation, and one round of feedback at approval. Everything else is ours.

Ready when you are

Make social feel manageable.
